Monthly bookkeeping.
Simply return all your accounting related documents to us in our distinguishable green envelopes as soon as you can after the end of the month. We will then translate these into monthly accounts and collate a list of debtors and creditors. Included in this price we will also do your VAT returns where applicable and your tax return. We file these with Companies House and HMRC to ensure you comply with all your legal requirements. We post your paperwork and reports back to you within 5 days of receiving them unless you sign up for our enhanced services - scan and return (6 day turnaround) or scan and store (accounts back within 5 days, documents retained in our secure storage).
If you don’t have the time to chase up any debts due, let us carry out this service, just let us know what your agreed payment terms are and we’ll do the rest. We will contact your customer by telephone and letter and even follow the claim through to the small claims court where suitable.
Payroll Whatever your method of paying your employees, by the hour, set salary, overtime, bonuses, just fill in our preprinted sheets and return them to us in the envelope or attach them to an email and we will calculate the amounts due and print out payslips for you to give to your employees. This service has a 5 day turnaround.
Tax Returns
Should you wish to prepare your own accounts, we can translate these into tax returns and file these with HMRC within the necessary timescales.
Document Scanning
We can scan your documents allowing you access to them online via our website.
