Simply place all your accounting related documents into our envelope and return it to us as soon as possible after the end of the month so we can process your paperwork. We will then either return it to you with your reports attached or you can opt to upgrade to our scan and return service or our scan and store service.

No more dreaded trips to the accountant running up an expensive bill, our costs are up front and you decide what services you wish to sign up for. We charge a small set up fee of £20 which covers the cost of setting up your engagement letter, ensuring we have all the relevant details from your previous accountant where applicable and sending out the envelopes for you to start filling.

Our service includes an online help service included in the price for the first 3 queries. After that we only charge £10 per query, even if this is to assist with revenue enquiries. All queries are handled online, however, where necessary we will be offering a telephone helpdesk and call back service which is charged slightly higher at £15 per query.

Are your customers slow to pay, we have a credit control service option where we will chase any customers you request us to. This will free up your time and we will contact your customer by letter, email and telephone.
